As I know you are acutely aware, the Bush administration has declared war on the civil justice system in general and trial lawyers in particular. In preparation for the battle to preserve access to the civil justice system for the wrongfully injured, we are collecting evidence (anecdotal and documentary) of how the civil justice system made America safer for consumers and how just compensation has made a difference in the lives of our citizens. In this regard, we have created an Internet Group where lawyers, consumers and consumer advocates can supply relevant information that can be assembled, organized and provided to the media as well as legislators.
